A loud explosion was heard by Kaien, Byakuya and Yumichika outside.

Xanrus : !!! (some black aura came out from Xanrus’s body)

Suzaku : !! [ah! Masaka.. that black aura… possessed Xanrus too?]

Mirai : Now, Die!!!!

Xanrus was unmovable. Suzaku tried to stop MIrai but he fell. The phoenix dashed towards Xanrus and suddenly…

Nayuki appears in front of the Xanrus with a blocking pose

Nayuki : NO, MIRAI!!! Don’t kill my BROTHER!!!!

Suzaku : No! Nayuki! DODGE!!!!

Suzaku eyes were locked to the place where Nayuki stood before the explosion. Mirai just stood there. With a shocked face. She was awaken from her previous state. Lelouch and Zero came running into the room.

Lelouch : Mirai!!

Mirai : (falls on her knees) What… what have I done??!!!

Lelouch : Mirai!

Zero : (took Lylia from Lelouch arms)

Lelouch : (hugs Mirai) Mirai! Mirai! I’m glad you’re safe!

Mirai : (tears falling) Na..nayuki…. She was... there... facing me…. my attack…..

Lelouch : (shocked) No… Mirai.. It was your imagination….

Mirai : No! She was there!! Nayuki!!!

Suzaku : [na..nayuki… ] (walks towards the disappearing mist) Nayuki!! Where are you?!! [please be okay…. Don’t leave me…. nayuki…..]

The smoke was gone but there were fog inside the room. Suddenly Suzaku heard a cough and pile of stones cracking.

Suzaku : (turns) Nayuki!!?

It was Xanrus. Suzaku was on an attacking pose. But then, he saw Nayuki in Xanrus arms. She was unconscious.

Suzaku : Nayuki!! (helps Xanrus)

Xanrus : (coughs) She’s fine… she’s brave.. facing the fearful purple phoenix without any shield….

Suzaku : na.. nayuki…… (holds Nayuki)

Nayuki : ………

Xanrus : Bring her to the hospital… or get her treated.. I don’t want my sister to be in wound.

Suzaku : ….. I know…

Xanrus : I’m sorry, Nayuki.. it.. it’s my fault.. I should have been normal…
